At Hello Sunflower, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
